Job summary

Crum & Forster is seeking an Account Associate in the Phoenix area to support the implementation of new and renewal cases, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure timely, compliant policy documentation.

You will gain exposure to employer stop loss products, work closely with Account Managers, and help onboard new groups while developing deep product knowledge. Hybrid work model available in the greater Phoenix metro area.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years data entry and data management experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of new and renewal sold cases; coordinate with Account Management to ensure all items needed to implement a case are received on time.
• Ensure policy documents are complete and compliant; provide policy-level information as needed.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales to ensure proper setup and contact management.
• Aid in completion of producer RFIs and collaborate with other departments to finish the RFI.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of department products/services and articulate the department’s value proposition.
• Communicate with external producers to gather any missing RFP elements.
• Create shell in underwriting system and populate RFP data accordingly.
• Participate in training, initiatives, and projects as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
