Job summary

The Philadelphia Contributionship is seeking an Associate Account Manager to retain existing accounts and generate new personal lines business. You will deliver prompt, high-quality customer service, quote and bind coverage, and educate clients on policies and rates.

Responsibilities include prospecting, maintaining client relationships, supporting renewals, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a Property/Casualty license and at least two years in personal lines account management,

Qualifications

• Current license in property/casualty insurance preferred.
• Minimum two years of personal lines insurance account management experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with clients in person, online, by phone or in writing.
• Maintain relationships with clients through follow-up, timely quotations and account support.
• Solicit increases in coverage and pursue new clients, including win-backs.
• Process quotes, bind coverage, and educate clients on coverages and rates.
• Support renewal and client retention efforts and monitor quality of service.
• Collaborate with team, mentor staff, and participate in meetings.
