Job summary

Radiant Road & Rail in Woodridge, IL is seeking an Entry Level Customer Support Specialist to manage relationships within Radiant’s network stations and clients. The role offers a hybrid schedule in Woodridge, IL and Overland Park, KS, with a base salary between $45,000 and $55,000 per year.

You will work with the operations team to meet service and product expectations, handle shipments, resolve issues, and drive process improvements while maintaining autonomy and professional communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for stations and customers, delivering exceptional service.
• Monitor shipments from start to finish and ensure accurate billing details.
• Address shipment issues promptly and keep internal teams informed.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and capacity/product teams to execute accounts.
• Assist in process improvements and report shipment status data.
