Qualifications

• 1–3 years of demonstrated success in account management.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven ability to develop positive client relationships and improve loyalty.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Organizational skills to manage high-volume, high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Accurately license all necessary movie content to client's streaming platform; input data into CRM daily and verify accuracy.
• Continue to build perceived value in Swank K-12 products with clients.
• Assist and communicate with clients regarding Swank K-12 programs, pricing, orders, content and renewals.
• Travel up to 10% to client sites and conferences to maintain and grow business.
• Train incoming Account Managers and oversee contract renewals and invoicing coordination.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Accounting regarding invoicing and contract details.
