Qualifications

• Familiarity with Japanese business practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive and professional service
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales goals and performance objectives.
• Prepare and provide accurate, timely pricing and quotations based on customer requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient order processing, delivery, and customer transactions
• Keep customer information, sales activities, and communication records current in internal systems
• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and market opportunities
• Expand business opportunities by developing and maintaining a network of contacts and potential leads
• Track customer payment status and work with the finance team to support timely collections
