Job summary

Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is seeking an Account Manager I for a hybrid Dublin, OH role. You will implement and service assigned groups, maintain relationships with clients and consultants, and coordinate proposals and renewals to meet annual goals.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in sales or account management, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in sales, account management, or client services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve and retain assigned groups, strengthening relationships with clients and brokers.
• Coordinate proposals, bids, and alternative offerings with agents and clients.
• Manage renewals, escalations, and service requests; ensure timely issue resolution and training for clients.
