Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure service needs are met for clients, including issue resolution and renewal goals.
• Process and review bids and materials; work with agents on proposals.
• Coordinate implementations, renewals, negotiations, and open enrollment events.
• Maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and group contacts.
• Assist in product development and growth strategies.
• Participate in professional organizations to expand networks.
