Job summary

Island Facility Services is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across Hawaii’s premier facility services network. You will own a defined book of client accounts, from intake and scoping to quoting, routing decisions, and close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in facility services or related industry.
• Experience managing client accounts and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, scoping, and quotes for a defined book of accounts.
• Make routing decisions (self-perform vs subcontract) to protect margins.
• Source and manage subcontractors using a shared partner database.
• Provide timely client updates and issue resolution.
• handoff self-perform work to Production with complete information.
