Job summary

You will support janitorial and maintenance accounts, monitor contracts and SLAs, conduct site audits, and build KPI reports while maintaining proactive client communications and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in operations, facilities, or multi-site service environments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across multiple accounts and regions.
• Monitor service delivery against contracts, SLAs, and standards.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and track corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, field teams and leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Maintain contracts, client records, and operational documentation.
• Build KPI reports on service quality and labor utilization.
