Job summary

You will manage an assigned territory, grow an established customer base, and develop new accounts while prospecting through cold calls, networking, and community outreach to offer waste and recycling service solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory, serving an established customer base while developing new accounts.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct site assessments and recommend waste and recycling service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close contracts.
• Calculate solid waste and recycling rates for customer quotes.
• Track sales activity, service agreements, and contract renewals.
• Build long-term customer relationships and serve as a trusted business advisor in the community.
• Represent the company at condo council meetings, hotel association luncheons, chamber of commerce events, and trade shows.
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of customer types, from property managers to business owners.
• Work independently to manage your schedule, territory, and sales goals.
