Aon plc in Houston, TX is seeking an Account Manager for our Energy & Natural Resources team. You will support energy accounts across oil & gas, power, renewables, and mining, coordinating client service processes and submissions.

You will work with Account Executives and Brokers to manage renewals, respond to client inquiries, and ensure accurate billing and timely information flow. This hybrid role offers growth within a leading insurance services firm.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of insurance experience required, ideally with exposure to energy, natural resources, or complex commercial accounts.
• Property & Casualty broker’s license preferred, or to be obtained within 120 days of start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support Account Executives on energy and natural resources accounts, managing client service processes.
• Assemble and create submissions tailored to energy industry risks.
• Assist brokers with Commercial Risk for energy clients.
• Monitor renewal processes for energy sector policies and follow up on quotes and endorsements.
• Mentor less experienced account specialists on energy and natural resources insurance best practices.
