• Experience in elevator or construction industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, office software, and reporting dashboards.
• Hybrid work capability; in-person in Miami and remote collaboration with distributed teams.
• Education in business/engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and serve as primary contact for service, maintenance, and modernization projects.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor service delivery and contract compliance.
• Track account performance and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Support billing and collections activities.
• Conduct regular onsite visits and provide status updates to clients.
