Publicis Groupe seeks an Account Manager on its Customer Success team to support a growing portfolio of 10-12 CPG accounts. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, deriving value from Profitero analytics, and driving renewals and expansions.

The hybrid Boston-based position requires onsite engagement about 3-4 days per week. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with data-driven mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management/customer success and/or ecommerce/CPG experience in SaaS/tech.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be substituted.
• Strong analytical skills to derive data-driven recommendations.
• Broad understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing landscape and Profitero scope.
• Ability to identify, synthesize, and resolve issues with ownership.

Responsabilités

• Leverage ecommerce data and Profitero to derive client value, ensuring renewals.
• Manage day-to-day account ops: emails, data accuracy, tickets, training, meetings.
• Build quantified value stories (ROI, usage trends) to justify continued investment.
• Support upsell and expansion by identifying whitespace and business cases.
• Act as trusted advisor, sharing insights and best practices for higher-value usage.
• Develop data-driven insights to explain account performance across teams.
• Provide product feedback to engineering to inform roadmap and usability.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
