We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, and custom signage, and we're an authorized decorator for brands like The North Face, Ogio, Gildan, Nike, Travis Mathew, and Carhartt. Our clients range from schools and nonprofits to corporations and event organizers — anyone who needs custom apparel, promotional products, or signage done right.
We're growing, and we're looking for an Account Manager to help us bring on new business and take great care of the clients we already have.
This is a junior-to-mid-level sales position, ideal for someone with 1-2 years of sales experience (more is great too). You'll manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation to final delivery — helping clients figure out exactly what they need, whether that's 500 embroidered polos for a corporate event, spirit wear for a school district, or signage for a nonprofit gala.
The role is a hybrid mix:
We provide a steady stream of inbound leads from our website and online marketing — this isn't a 100% cold-calling role, though outside networking and relationship-building are a big part of long-term success here.
