Kimball Midwest seeks an Account Representative in Utah for a hybrid role. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and the skills needed to become a sales representative.

The position emphasizes relationship building, cold outreach, planning and product knowledge while supporting sales goals. Compensation includes base salary plus bonus, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Relationship-building skills with customers in designated territory.
• Ability to prospect and grow new business via cold calls.
• Effective planning and prioritization to drive territory growth.
• Familiarity with the company’s products and value proposition.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong customer relationships within the territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow the book of business by targeting potential customers.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weeks in advance to optimize stops and growth.
