Randa Apparel & Accessories in Chicago, IL is seeking an Account Executive for Men's Leather, Belts and Wallets. You will serve as the sales point of contact for your area, building client relationships and driving sales growth.

This full-time associate role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office/2 days remote), a compensation range of $70k–$75k, and opportunities to collaborate with Merchandising, Design, and Planning teams across multiple brands.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Buying.
• Retail buying or vendor/wholesale experience preferred.
• Apparel experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement business plans for assigned accounts to meet financial goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster collaboration.
• Prepare for client meetings with organized materials and samples.
• Analyze sales trends and create reports for management.
• Provide feedback to Designers and Merchandisers to meet costing targets.
• Manage orders, shipping, and day-to-day client issues.
• Coordinate with Forecasting for seasonal inventory planning.
• Support other duties as assigned.
