Randa Apparel & Accessories seeks an Account Executive - Men's Leather to lead the sales point of contact for an area, boosting sales and profitability through excellent client service. The role focuses on developing business plans, maintaining key relationships, and collaborating with design and planning teams.

The hybrid role (3 in-office, 2 remote) in Rosemont, IL, requires 3–5 years in sales/buying and a Bachelor’s degree. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree/experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Buying.
• Retail buying or vendor/wholesale experience preferred.
• Experience with apparel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans for assigned account(s) to meet financial goals.
• Maintain relationships with clients to foster collaboration and partnerships.
• Prepare for and attend client meetings with organized materials.
• Analyze sales and retail trends to drive incremental sales and create management reports.
• Coordinate with designers and merchandisers to meet client expectations and costing.
