Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Account Executives with transactional tasks, reporting, and customer data management. This hybrid role concentrates on ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and proactive sales support across multiple West Region distribution offices.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning with AEs, preparing customer materials, analyzing profitability, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize service levels and item

Qualifications

Three (3) years in a sales, sales support or sales analysis role required.
Experience with analytics and preparing presentations.
Intermediate computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations – transactional support and service requests.
Sales Support – assist AEs with planning, customer visits, reports and profitability opportunities.
Customer profitability, rebates, promotions, shopping lists and inventory management coordination.
General ledger coding and setup for customer accounts.
New and prospective customer onboarding and maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.
