Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Account Executives in a team-based selling environment. You will help with planning, preparing, and pursuing customer opportunities, leveraging US Foods contracts and tools to drive profitable growth.

This hybrid role covers remote work with occasional onsite at West Region distribution centers, including Portland, OR. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7AM–4PM, with about one in-office visit per month for training.

Qualifications

• Three years in a sales, sales support or sales analysis role with a track record of customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support for AE requests and customer requirements.
• Participate in weekly AE collaboration calls and monitor planned customer visits.
• Prepare customer business reviews and reports to drive profitable growth.
• Analyze customer data to improve product utilization and pricing decisions.
• Support onboarding of new customers and maintenance of customer lists.
