Job summary

US Foods in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Account Coordinator to support Account Executives, manage customer opportunities, and advance profitable growth. The role blends remote work with light onsite collaboration at West Region distribution centers.

You will handle sales planning, CBRS, and day-to-day transactional support, partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, order guides, and timely responses. A strong eye for detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Three years in a sales, sales support or sales analysis role with a track record of customer support.
• Experience with analytics and preparing presentations to report findings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn US Foods systems: eCommerce, Salesforce, PRISM, SODS, Tandem.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations: support transactional requests and channel AE requests.
• Sales support: participate in weekly AE calls and monitor planned visits.
• Prepare customer reviews and materials from templates for CBRS.
• Use CRM to analyze customer products and leverage eCommerce for opportunities.
• Monitor pricing, credits, and general ledger coding per customer specs.
• Assist with new customer setup and onboarding, and maintain customer lists.
