Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a results‑oriented Coordinator to support client satisfaction and internal operations. You will coordinate projects, manage inventory, and ensure service levels are met while acting as an extension of the Account Manager.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, process consistency, and onboarding support to new hires in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model offered in Alpharetta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in project coordination, client services, or similar roles.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Multi-family industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory across multiple product lines, including replenishment and reporting.
• Assist in project management for campaigns and custom client initiatives.
• Prepare notes and documentation for client calls and departmental meetings.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Uphold SOPs and assist in updating processes for efficiency and accuracy.
