Job summary

Beacon Hill seeks an experienced Access Control Technical Lead to drive Genetec-based deployments, upgrades, and migrations across multiple sites. Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in security or IT roles.
• Experience deploying access control and surveillance systems.
• Experience with infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with network communications protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments, upgrades, migrations, and implementation activities.
• Document requirements, partner with infra and network groups, create deliverables.
• Improve toolkit and templates for site-based deployments.
• Ensure mission-critical systems are secure and available.
• Coordinate multi-site deployments with vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and migration plans.
• Troubleshoot complex system, infrastructure, integration, and performance issues.
• Provide status updates, identify risks and dependencies, escalation as needed.
• Support lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.
