Qualifications

• 5+ years in physical security engineering and 3-5+ years leading global teams.
• Hands-on Genetec Security solutions architecture and operations at enterprise scale.
• Experience migrating from legacy PACS/CCTV to Genetec with cutover planning.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration with automation scripting.
• Solid networking, cybersecurity practices, and SIEM integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing global team of engineers for access control and video platforms.
• Provide end-to-end management of Genetec Security Center deployments worldwide.
• Plan migrations from legacy systems, including cutover strategies and onboarding.
• Coordinate system updates, firmware patches, and change control activities.
• Support incident handling and break/fix across Physical Security applications.
• Evaluate emerging tech like biometrics and video analytics; track KPIs/OKRs.
