Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Security Technology Specialist to deploy and administer Genetec Security Center across all facilities. You will own access control and video management, coordinating with facilities, IT, and security teams to ensure systems are reliable and current.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in physical security and Genetec certifications, with strong project management and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience with physical security systems in corporate/industrial settings.
• Genetec Security Center administration experience required; certifications preferred or must obtain within 6 months.
• Strong ability to manage technology projects from planning through commissioning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary admin and SME for Genetec Security Center across facilities.
• Configure and maintain access control hardware: door controllers, readers, panels, credentials.
• Manage IP camera systems, storage, retention policies, and camera health.
• Perform software updates, patches, and firmware upgrades for Genetec and hardware.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, diagrams, inventories, and change logs.
