Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business is seeking an Academic Success Advisor to support undergraduate business students across Tempe and regional campuses. You will guide students individually and in groups, monitor progress, and help with degree planning and options.

You’ll use eAdvisor, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and DARs, communicate clearly, and collaborate with faculty and staff to promote student success. Hybrid schedule; travel to campus locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in higher education advising preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in hybrid/tempe campus setting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a professional academic advisor for undergraduate business students.
• Monitor student progress using reporting tools and provide guidance on options.
• Assist with degree planning, course selection, and registration.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote student success and retention.
• Participate in workshops and events related to academic advisement.
