Job summary

Working under the Associate Director, you will monitor academic progress, coordinate CPT trainings and iPOS, and support events, budgets, and classroom logistics. A hybrid in-office/remote schedule is offered with occasional travel for international courses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Master’s degree in education, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience advising or supporting students in higher education is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advises and supports immersion and online graduate business students through academic coaching and policy interpretation.
• Monitors student progress including degree completion, probation, and graduation readiness.
• Oversees enrollment records, CPT trainings, and iPOS tracking.
• Delivers proactive student communications via presentations, newsletters, and outreach.
• Plans orientation, engagement initiatives, leadership programming, and events.
