Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University Department of Chemistry is seeking an Academic Program Coordinator - Support in its Undergraduate Program Office. This role supports student registrations, course logistics, textbook orders, syllabi collection, course evaluations, and room reservations, among other duties.

The position offers a flexible work arrangement combining remote and on-campus work; some on-campus presence may be required. Background checks apply and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with student registrations (LionPATH).
• Provide course assistance, to include exams, scheduling conflict exams and proctor assignments.
• Submitting textbook orders.
• Collecting syllabi.
• Assist with course evaluations.
• Assist faculty with room reservations (CollegeNet/25Live).
• Make supply purchases (PSUbuy) for the department and reconcile p-cards (SAP Concur).
• Greet department visitors and students.
• Answer and direct phone calls and e-mails.
