POSITION SPECIFICS

The Pennsylvania State University Department of Chemistry is seeking to fill an Academic Program Coordinator - Supportin its Undergraduate Program Office.

Duties include the following:
  • Assist with student registrations (LionPATH);
  • Provide course assistance, to include: assisting with exams, scheduling conflict exams and proctor assignments; submitting textbook orders; and collecting syllabi;
  • Assist with course evaluations;
  • Assist faculty with room reservations (CollegeNet/25Live);
  • Make supply purchases (PSUbuy) for the department and reconcile p-cards (SAP Concur);
  • Greet department visitors and students;
  • Answer and direct phone calls and e-mails

This position will serve as a back-up to other academic program staff in the Undergraduate Program Office.

This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work. Questions related to flexible work should bedirected to the hiring manager during the interview process. Some portion of work will be required to be performed on campus.

SALARY & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $36,888.00 - $53,532.00.
