• Provide course assistance including exams, scheduling conflict exams, proctor assignments, textbook orders, and collecting syllabi.
• Assist with course evaluations.
• Assist faculty with room reservations (CollegeNet/25Live).
• Make supply purchases (PSUbuy) and reconcile p-cards (SAP Concur).
• Greet department visitors and students; answer and direct phone calls and emails.
