Job summary

AAA Ohio Auto Club in Worthington, Ohio is hiring full-time Hybrid 2nd shift Dispatchers to join our team. You will dispatch road service calls to emergency providers and keep members informed throughout the roadside assistance process.

The role requires a 2:30PM–11:00PM shift with one weekend day, a 40-hour week with potential overtime, and a mix of in-office and remote work. Strong customer service and local geography knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior dispatch or fast-paced call center experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local Franklin County geography and routes.
• Ability to multitask and type accurately while handling calls.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch road service calls to emergency road service vehicles and operators.
• Evaluate member requests for fastest response.
• Communicate with facilities and drivers via phone and messaging.
• Use AAA dispatch systems and technology.
• Work a 40-hour week with overtime and weekend shifts.
