Job summary

Arizona State University seeks a Student Assistant to support the Online Student Outreach team. You will help with paid outreach campaigns, upload assets to the DAM, and assist with graduate communications and content shoots.

This part-time role (roughly 10–15 hours per week, with extended hours during breaks) offers hands-on experience in asset tagging, metadata creation, reporting, and coordinating with participants under the Sr. Creative Director.

Qualifications

• Able to work well with others and manage multiple activities

• Knowledge of Google Drive, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Confidentiality in handling Enterprise Partners data

Responsibilities

• Upload and catalog assets in Canto DAM
• Upload new assets for reporting
• Communicate with graduates for campaigns
• Develop metadata for asset tagging
• Assist with photo/video content shoots
• Handle additional ad hoc requests
