Job summary

Arizona State University—ASU Outreach Hub is seeking a Student Assistant to support the Online Student Outreach team in Asset Management. You will help upload assets to Canto, catalog items, assist with graduate outreach, and support content shoots while reporting to the Sr. Creative Director.

This role is part-time (10–15 hours/week) with heavier hours during breaks. Candidates should be ASU students, comfortable with Google Drive, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and able to manage

Qualifications

• ASU undergraduate or graduate student; willingness to learn.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs

Responsibilities

• Uploads and catalogs assets in Canto (DAM).
• Manages the brand library by uploading new assets for reporting.
• Assists with recruitment communications for graduates and students for content shoots.
• Develops metadata for asset tagging.
• Assists with photo/video content shoots.
• Other duties as assigned.
