Job summary

RTX, based in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a multidisciplinary engineer to design, develop, and integrate missile flight simulation systems on onsite teams at our Tucson campus.

You will work on analog, digital, and RF design with FPGA/VHDL/Verilog development, performing hardware integration, test interfaces, and schematic/circuit work; travel up to 20% may be required.

Requires a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience; relocation is offered based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design, or VHDL/Verilog development for FPGAs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for the role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate missile flight simulation systems as part of multidiscipline engineering teams.
• Develop engineering/test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis.
• Manage technical, cost and schedule aspects of assigned projects.
• Address issues in development and implementation of complex systems, individually or with a team.
