Reece USA is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative for the HVACR division based in Phoenix, AZ. You will identify new sales opportunities, pursue leads, and generate new business aligned with targets, while collaborating with the Branch Manager and team to promote local sales.

The role requires travel up to 90% to customer sites, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales. A valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
