Reece USA seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the HVACR Division to plan, administer, and lead a regional sales force toward profitable goals. You will coach, develop, and implement regional strategic plans aligned with annual and long-range objectives.

The role requires building strong customer relationships, forecasting sales, and managing budgets to hit revenue targets, while ensuring top-quality service and market expansion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years in the wholesale distribution industry, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational objectives into regional sales plans and strategies.
• Establish and maintain top-level relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Forecast and manage sales to achieve revenue and margin goals; develop regional budgets.
