Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the HVACR division in Mesa, AZ. You will lead regional sales, build plans to grow market share, coach reps, and manage budgets while collaborating with operations and marketing.

Role requires 6+ years in wholesale distribution, including 3 years in management, plus strong customer service and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in wholesale distribution, including 3 years in a management role.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor with follow-up when traveling, daily interactions, monthly meetings, etc.
• Establish and maintain top level contact with management of existing and potential customers, dealers and/or distributors.
• Direct on-going market analysis and forecast revenue and margins.
• Develop advanced selling, communication and territory management skills in sales reps.
• Translate objectives into regional sales plans and monitor program effectiveness.
