Carrier Enterprise is seeking an Area Wholesale Manager for our HVAC distribution network in New Jersey. The role focuses on leading multiple wholesale branches, driving sales, and ensuring superior customer service in a fast-paced market.

You will work with Directors of Sales and regional operations to align branch activity with company strategy, coach teams, and recruit top talent while meeting monthly sales and EBIT targets.

• Oversee a group of Wholesale branches in an assigned market to meet sales and EBIT targets.
• Formulate strategies to maximize sales at each wholesale branch.
• Ensure highest level of customer service across branches.
• Collaborate with local sales teams and gather feedback from dealers.
• Recruit, train, and develop Branch Sales personnel and managers.
• Conduct regular audits and business reviews using BI tools.
• Drive operational performance and profitability improvements.
