You will oversee branch performance, drive safety, manage inventory and budgets, and collaborate with sales, logistics, and leadership to sustain growth and profitability while maintaining a strong safety culture and high employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in distribution/warehouse with strong customer service.
• Hydronics and HVAC knowledge/experience.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations, including customer transactions, warehouse management, inventory, delivery, and financials.
• Ensure branch meets high standards and KPIs, including safety and compliance.
• Input on annual budget and manage monthly P&L performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and cross-functional teams to support customers and business.
• Lead safety practices and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop branch staff; coach and provide feedback.
