Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC distributor, seeks a Branch Sales Manager in Charleston, WV. You will head the branch team, own the P&L, drive sales growth with dealers and contractors, and optimize operations from receiving to inventory control.

Eligible for performance bonuses, you’ll lead hiring, development, and daily activities to ensure branch success. The role emphasizes strategic sales planning, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision making within a regional HVAC

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in B2B distribution or wholesale sales is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building skills; team builder and team player focused on sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team and manage all branch operations.
• Create and execute local sales plan to meet/exceed goals.
• Grow customer base and identify new sales channels.
• Utilize CE’s technology to drive sales and efficiency.
• Hire and develop staff to exceed personal and professional goals.
• Own and manage branch P&L and day-to-day activities.
