• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Warranty/Purchasing and/or Wholesale distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve warranty and defective issues and concerns.
• Resolve pending credits with vendors.
• Manage, process, and reconcile vendor warranty credits and RGA numbers.
• Confirm information for Return Goods Queue and contact customers as needed.
• Obtain RGAs from vendors, submit claims and follow up on credits.
• Process HVAC warranty claims, including standard and concession claims.
