Job summary

Baker Distributing Company LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory and coordinate daily dispatch of HVAC freight in a fast-paced warehouse. You will pick, pack, load, and ship orders to customers and other centers while maintaining accuracy and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, experience with HVAC equipment in wholesale distribution, and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC equipment in wholesale distribution.

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify orders for customers and meet production standards weekly.
• Conduct Quality Inspections to verify accuracy of received, picked and shipped products.
• Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers and other Sales Centers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock all merchandise.
• Prepare orders for shipment as needed.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift maintenance checklist.
• Assist management with inventory counts and upkeep of the Warehouse.
• Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and report hazards.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
