Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safety and compliance. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and process improvements across inventory and order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse leadership, forklift experience, and familiarity with ERP/RF systems. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year directly managing a team in a busy warehouse environment.
• Experience managing logistics or related functions; forklift and warehouse equipment proficiency.
• Experience with inventory management systems; OSHA, DOT, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall warehouse operations in coordination with Branch/Regional leadership.
• Ensure orders are picked and shipped on time with quality and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Enforce safety programs, OSHA compliance, and proper use of equipment.
• Provide leadership development and staff coaching as needed.
