Job summary

Kauai Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure our service and install crews have the materials they need to complete jobs efficiently.

You will mentor the warehouse team, manage vendor relationships, and maintain accurate inventory using Service Titan and other systems, while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced HVAC environment on Kauai.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership abilities and be able to mentor staff.
• Experience with inventory controls, cycle counts, and reorder processes.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA-like warehousing practices.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate supply chains for HVAC projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely material delivery.
• Train and mentor KM Warehouse Associates in procedures and safety.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and audits.
• Coordinate with service and install teams to meet project timelines.
• Operate and supervise forklift and warehouse equipment safely.
