Job summary

Kauai Mechanical in Hawaii is seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure our service and installation crews have the materials they need.

You will lead a team, maintain inventory accuracy, handle POs and vendor coordination, and promote safety and efficiency across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• 2+ years warehouse experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC, refrigeration, and BAS/controls materials strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Provide day-to-day direction to KM Warehouse Associates; train and mentor staff.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, returns, and RMAs.
• Coordinate with Service and Installations teams for parts availability.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor stock levels; initiate reorders to prevent shortages.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and manage vehicle deliveries.
• Ensure safety policies and a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment; ensure certifications.
