Job summary

IES is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in a fast-paced environment. You will receive shipments, organize inventory, and prepare orders for delivery or transfer while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires physical tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of warehouse experience, and a valid Florida driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to pass required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including mounting/dismounting.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and PPE usage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
