Job summary

IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services across multiple markets. We seek a reliable Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year warehouse experience, a valid Florida driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. HVAC/plumbing knowledge and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus; driven and safety-conscious applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to pass required safety training, background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
