Job summary

IES is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping operations at our Florida facility. You will handle inventory, operate basic equipment, and keep the area safe and organized.

The role demands attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with PPE and safety protocols. A valid Florida driver's license and high school diploma are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred; HVAC/Plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to pass required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect deliveries to verify accuracy and condition.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Compliance with PPE and safety policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
