Job summary

EAir LLC is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate in Florida to support HVAC distribution operations. You will stock, pick, pack, and ship HVAC equipment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment while maintaining organized storage areas and safe work practices.

You will assist customers and contractors with pickups, operate forklifts and RF scanners, coordinate with sales and logistics, and comply with OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Process shipments and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
• Ensure HVAC products are handled and stored properly to prevent damage.
• Assist customers and contractors with order pickups and product identification.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to support customer needs and timely deliveries.
