IES is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, inventory organization, order preparation, and a clean, safe work environment in a fast-paced setting. The role involves operating forklifts, labeling, and cycle counting while adhering to safety policies and maintaining stock integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of warehouse experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; HVAC/Plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect deliveries to verify accuracy and condition.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials and maintain organized inventory.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and outbound documentation.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Comply with safety policies and PPE usage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
