DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company seeks an experienced HVAC Training Manager to elevate technical and customer service training. The role includes overseeing a four‑year curriculum, apprenticeship, and modern training platforms, including virtual reality and live equipment sessions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HVAC with strong service/installation background, solid customer service experience, and willingness to lead trainings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HVAC technician experience in service and installations.
• Customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to pass background & drug screen.
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure.
• NATE Certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel experience required.
• Experience with Service Titan Software preferred.
• Willingness to attend required trainings and occasional overtime.
• Physically capable of job-related motions and tasks.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
